This policy explains what information Narly Creations LLC collects when you use narlycreations.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep this simple and honest, the same way we run the rest of the shop.

What we collect

When you place an order we collect the information needed to fulfill it: your name, email address, billing and shipping address, phone number, and details of what you purchased. When you send an inquiry through our product inquiry or contact forms, we collect the information you include in the form. If you join our email list we collect your email address and, if you share it, your birthday. If you start checking out and enter your email but don’t finish, we save that email and what’s in your cart so we can send you a reminder.

Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and never stored on our servers.

How we use it

We use your information to process and ship orders, respond to inquiries, send order updates and a reminder if a checkout goes unfinished, and, if you have opted in, send occasional emails about products and offers. We do not sell your personal information.

Services we rely on

Like most small shops, we use a handful of trusted services to run the store, and some of your data passes through them: WooCommerce for the store itself, our payment processor for transactions, Shippo for shipping labels, EmailOctopus for our email list, Zoho and Google for our business email, and Cloudflare for security, performance, and simple visit counts. Each of these providers has its own privacy policy and receives only what it needs to do its job.

Cookies and analytics

We don’t use tracking cookies. The only cookies this site sets are the ones it needs to work: keeping your cart, remembering your session if you have an account, and remembering that you’ve confirmed you’re 21. Our payment processor may set its own cookies at checkout to help prevent fraud.

To see how many people visit and which pages they read, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It counts visits without cookies, doesn’t follow you around the web, and isn’t used to build a profile of you. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies, though your cart won’t work without them.

Age requirement

Our site and products are intended for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as needed for accounting, tax, and legal requirements. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any message, and your address will stop receiving campaigns immediately.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. Email us at [email protected] and we will handle it directly.
