Refunds and returns

Because our products are consumable, there are no returns, refunds, or exchanges. Every product is inspected before it ships.

Shipping

Most in-stock orders ship within 1 to 2 business days of payment. Orders aren’t processed or shipped on Sundays.

We can’t guarantee when an order will arrive, so treat any shipping estimate as an estimate. Tracking details are available on request.

We ship across the US where the law allows. Some products can’t ship to certain states, and checkout only offers shipping where it’s allowed.

Lost packages

Risk of loss and title pass to the buyer once the shipment is in the carrier’s hands. Lost package claims can be filed with the carrier when applicable.
