What is CBDA?
Cannabis plants don’t actually make CBD. They make CBDA, its raw acid form. CBD only appears when the plant is heated, dried or processed. JuiceTiva skips all that: they cold-press fresh leaves and freeze-dry the juice into a powder, so the CBDA and CBGA stay raw and intact, along with smaller amounts of CBD, CBC and other cannabinoids. It’s water-soluble, so it mixes into anything, and it won’t get you high.
More than cannabinoids
Think of it as a green superfood that happens to carry cannabinoids. JuiceTiva juices fresh leaves the same day they’re picked, then freeze-dries the juice without heat, so the leaf’s nutrition comes through intact. Along with CBDA, every scoop brings chlorophyll and flavonoids, essential amino acids, omega-3 and omega-6 fats, and minerals like iron, zinc and calcium.
Why we carry JuiceTiva
JuiceTiva is Chris’s farm out in California, and Chris is one of the good ones. We’ve worked with him since before Narly existed. His whole focus is CBDA, a cannabinoid that deserves far more attention than it gets, and he keeps the whole leaf intact to get it.
Who may reach for it
People who want the easiest way in, since the cacao makes it taste like a chocolate drink. Also anyone who likes a warm mug in the afternoon.
What’s in the pouch
Organic raw leaf juice powder, organic raw cacao and organic monk fruit powder. 25mg of naturally occurring, full-spectrum cannabinoids (mostly CBDA) per serving, 30 servings. USDA Organic, vegan, gluten-free and non-GMO. Lab tested at 0% THC. Even so, no cannabis product can guarantee a clean drug test.
How to use
Stir one scoop into warm milk for a hot chocolate, or blend it into a smoothie. It has a rich chocolate flavor on its own.
