What Sunfiber is
Sunfiber is partially hydrolyzed guar gum, a soluble fiber from the guar bean that’s processed so it dissolves clear, has no taste and doesn’t gel up. That matters, because most Americans eat about 15 grams of fiber a day, roughly half of what’s recommended, and most fiber supplements are hard to stick with.

A 210 g tub with 30 servings. Each 7 g scoop provides 6 g of dietary fiber from Sunfiber guar fiber. No other ingredients.
Organic Sunfiber: 7-Day Kit
Seven 7 g packets, 49 g total. Each packet provides 6 g of dietary fiber from Organic Sunfiber guar fiber, also known as partially hydrolyzed guar gum (PHGG). This prebiotic fiber helps nourish beneficial gut bacteria and support regularity.* It dissolves clear and can be stirred into drinks or added to food, including recipes for cooking and baking. No other ingredients.
Sunfiber GI: 7-Day Kit
Seven 6 g packets, 42 g total. Each packet provides 5 g of dietary fiber and 8 billion CFU of Bifidobacterium lactis probiotics at the time of manufacture. A combination of prebiotic fiber and probiotics to support healthy digestive balance.* No other ingredients.
How to use
- Original: Mix 1 scoop (approximately 7 g, or 1 heaping tablespoon) into 4 oz or more of any beverage or food, hot or cold. Stir until dissolved, up to 60 seconds.
- Organic: Mix one 7 g packet into 6–8 oz of water or a non-carbonated beverage.
- GI: Mix one 6 g packet into 6–8 oz of water or a non-carbonated beverage. May also be added to smoothies or cereal.
